Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I provide a superbill - a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Do you offer a sliding scale or reduced rates?
Yes. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your situation. I’m happy to explore a rate that makes therapy accessible.
Do you offer Telehealth sessions?
Yes. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in New Jersey. This allows flexibility for those who prefer to meet from home or have busy schedules.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. In-person sessions are available at my office in Upper Saddle River, NJ. You’re welcome to choose whichever format - in-person, Telehealth, or a mix of both - works best for you.
How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 45 minutes long. The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and needs; most clients start with weekly appointments.
